I m so sad

Dear Customer Support, I recently purchased the Battlefield 4 Premium Edition, but I have realized that the item I bought does not appear in my game library. After checking, I found out that what I actually purchased was only the DLC , not the full game. I tried to request a self-service refund, but the system does not allow DLC refunds. Therefore, I am writing to ask for your help. My order number is 1007633157621. Could you please process a refund for this purchase? I would greatly appreciate your assistance.     Hi skunkawa​,

    I'm sorry, but there is nobody here who can provide refunds or even access the payment system. In this case, you will need to open a case with EA Help and ask them if they can provide a refund outside of their usual policy.

    You'll need to go through the chatbot first, but the "Tell Us More" link at the end of the guide below will initiate the contact process (I had to answer four questions, then select the option to confirm that the info the bot gave did not answer my question. After that, I was able to access live chat).
