missing character in bfbc2

Dear EA Team!
I have a big problem.
I sold my Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (not my account!) to my friend, and 2 mounth later i buy that game again.
When i loggin in to the game i'm not found my character (name: Combord), and i try create a new character whit this name "Combord", bat the game just drop that error: "This name is already use."
So yeah someone create the soldier as combord or whatelse.
when it was last active the person?
what is the account name that is used?
maybe you can help me.
