I have downloaded and installed this exact thing, but I still get that error ☹️

It also says invalid license

Update your Windows.

Go to Start menu,

Look for windows update

Update all Recommended and Important.

Reboot your pc

Go back to Windows Update and click Check for update

Update again all recommended and important updates.

Repeat until you have no more updates then try and run your game.

I have done this and still getting that same error.

its because the game is for windows 8 and requires the dxgifactories  from directx 11 which is only on windows 8

Rubbish, this game work fine under Win 7
