Missing multiplayer privileges on Xbox one

Question

I bought a Xbox one so I can play battlefield 1 online I already bought the Xbox gold and it's good until 12/3/16 but I can't play online I can play campaign just perfect but when I try to go to multiplayer it says " missing multiplayer privileges " I just basically wasted a month of gold since I haven't been able to play online since I got it anyone know any way I can fix this

Can you try to reset your router? Turn if off, and wait for 3-5 min. Then turn it on again, it might resolve this. Alternatively you can try to perform a factory reset on your console http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

A mate of mine had this problem and just did a hard reset (power cycle) on his console and was able to get straight back in MP. So maybe give that a try before you factory reset your console
