Missing multiplayer privileges
I can't seem to access bf1 multiplayer? I have game pass ultimate which includes gold and ea pass. Tried the chat they think it may be a bug?

Hey @SGTwharton To confirm should you have an active game pass sub and have you linked your EA and Xbox accounts already? If so, lets try the following and check if you can get online.
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- @EA_Illium I don't have an app?
- @SGTwharton Are you on Xbox and can you provide a screenshot of the message you see in-game?
Maybe you're missing a active xbox live gold membership on your account?
Which is required for online playing.
Or is it this "gold pass" you mentioned?
