missing ping

My ping is missing and i don't know what else to do! I keep getting kicked from servers cause my ping won't show up! Is really hard to find a server to play like this and it's getting really annoyin...

Still not working. I tried so many things and didn't find an answer so far... 

Thank you for your help, hope you got anymore suggestion

Which web browser are you using?  Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge?

    I use Chrome, but i also tried Firefox with plugins on, still doesn't work. I don't think the problem is with the browser cause the ping doesn't show in game either

      @recmjr You have to allow ICMP through your firewall.

        ICMP? What is this? I'm not at my computer right now, just want to make sure that when i get home i'll know what to do
