Missing War Bonds

So, I've been trying to contact support through the "chat now" function, but it never seems to get past initializing. I'll leave the case open so there's something to reference.

Basically, I logged in today to find I only had 110 war bonds, where before I am very sure that I had upwards of 1400+, unless the model A-10 cost way more than I thought it did. I'm Rank 24, and have 89 weapons/gadgets unlocked. I'm not sure if these got wiped out after a patch, but I know for certain that I haven't been spending at a crazy rate, and a rough ballpark of the war bonds received through leveling should be around 3190. I can reasonably see myself having spent half of this, but I'd need to do the deductions from the guns/loadout items I did buy which I'll follow up on later.

@EA please contact me about this, I'm fairly certain my progress was rolled back somehow.

    Try contacting them using internet explorer.

    Yes I know it's terrible but it's the only browser that let's me get into contact with EA.

    I reported many times that there live chat function isn't working correctly but so far no fix.

    If it works it should tell you how long you have to wait in line, if it looks like the screenshot you posted then that means it isn't working in that browser.

  • Kind of the same happened to me. Found out my 22k of war bonds has been reduced to a few 100's..
    And I'm quite sure that I've didn't spend them. ☹️

    Greetings @ghackbar,

    Sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the War Bonds.

    Have you tried fully Uninstalling/Reinstalling Battlefield 1 on your designated Platform?

    After doing this, please play a couple rounds of Conquest or something, and let the Account sync, and see if your War Bonds are back.
