Missing Warbonds

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how to reproduce the issue. I have less war bonds than I should have.

I am currently rank 76 in Battlefield 1. It is my understanding that at rank 70, you get the last of the war bonds you require to unlock everything once all classes are rank 10. I am missing some warbonds so I can't unlock everything.

My assault, medic, support, and scout classes are rank 10. My tanker and pilot classes are not. 

I have unlocked all assault, medic, support, and scout primary weapons, and sidearms except the C93. I have unlocked everything for the tanker and pilot classes except the Sawed Off Shotgun and M1911 Extended.

It shows me in-game, as well as on the Companion mobile app, and in the browser that I have 120 warbonds. I meet the requirements to be able to buy the C93 but am unable to do so as I am missing 30 warbonds.

When I get the tanker and pilot classes to rank 10, I would be able to buy the Sawed Off Shotgun and M1911 Extended if I have enough warbonds, which I do not.

I have tried updating and repairing Battlefield 1 and this did not resolve the issue. I also tried changing my password as I've heard that can force your account to update. That didn't help, either.

How can I get the warbonds I am missing?
