Money back

I bought bf 4, the broken love child of a broken company and a broken product. 😕mileywink: A day after i spent more money then apparently went into it's production (110) on the game and premium membership, it went on sale for half price. Leaving the fact that i would like my money back for just a moment - The very reason I and dozens of others bought the game, ie. multiplayer won't and continues not to work. While incredibly frustrated at the release of an unfinished product sold to me at a price i have NEVER before paid for a game, i still am a fan of the Battlefield franchise and would greatly enjoy the game if it would just work! 

As there has been no help from EA, as of yet ,on the issue I decided to try to contact EA directly. I hope you guys will contact either me or the forum linked below, as i would sincerely love to enjoy the product you have released.
