Monthly Fee Battlefield 4

Hello. So i bought battlefield four through Origin on 8/16/16 and i got an email saying Re-occurring payment. Is there a monthly fee I am un-aware of for Battlefield 4?

    There shouldn't be a recurring payment for Battlefield 4. I wonder if it's an email letting you know your card details were saved so you can make further payments in the future if you choose to.

    Could you take a screenshot of the email (leave out any personal info) so I can take a look?

    There is not fee mate...
    One thing maybe you got this message is, did you buy it while you had Origin Access? Because if yes, maybe your Origin Access time ended and you have to re-pay it to continue to use all of its features...

    Hey @sossirb 🙂 

    I bought it while there was a sale for $7.92 and i'm getting a email saying its a re-occurring fee, I didnt have Access or anything special. Thanks for the help!

    Alright, what I want you to do is, try to download the game and if any message appears on screen take a picture of it and post it here in this thread... I'll get back to you as soon as I can!

    The game is already downloaded. There is no problem with the downloading, its just they sent a Email for a payment that was already processed last month, :/

    I said I would get back to you and here I am...
    So, if this email is not interrupting your game or something like that, If you can still use the game with all the stuff you paid for then there's nothing for you to worry about... If next month or in the near future this gets sent to you again please contact an EA Advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
