Mouse and keyboard don't work in the game- battlefield 4

I can not play the game. The mouse and keyboard is not working in the game. When it starts, I can see my mouse icon but can't click on anything, and keyboard doesn't respond to any command, except A...

***FIXED****

I had my xbox controller plugged in :S

Anker 8000 dpi High Precision laser gaming mouse

buttons work fine but mouse look is not working at all it just slowly moves to looking down at the floor and stays there.

It use's Anker's own profile program for sensitivity etc

Just for the record: I'd like to add that, in my case at least, I don't have any other peripherals connected.

I am having the same issue! Can't believe this went out of beta with this issue.

  I have a Kensington Slimblade Trackball and a Logitech keyboard. Keyboard seems to work alright and sometimes the mouse works, but my gun is pointed to the sky and I cannot pan. I can fire, I can reload, but in the menus I can't clikc on the buttons.

  I'didnt have this issue in beta -.-' Using Logitech G700s as mouse and a DELL SK 8115 (nothing special) as my keyboard. Only headset is connected nothing else. Pls fix this. Its such a basic issue, i can't even play the game. Its like buying a bottle of milk with no milk in it. Plain stupid. Despite what i just said, i respect your work. Errors like this are just annoying. P.S.: Updating punkbuster manually (there was no server installed) helped for 2mins, then the campaign crashed and it wouldn't work again.

    Guys, don't know if someone suggested that earlier, but disable Origin in-game. With the Origin overlay I could navigate menus in-game just fine, but in the game itself everything was dead. Turned off the overlay and bam, it works. The overlay hooks into the game nad "steals" mouse and keyboard inputs. Nice "feature" EA.
