Mouse and keyboard don't work in the game- battlefield 4

I can not play the game. The mouse and keyboard is not working in the game. When it starts, I can see my mouse icon but can't click on anything, and keyboard doesn't respond to any command, except A...

Same here, somehow after a day trying to get in I could play the first mission I don't know how I could enter the game but I did indeed, but after exiting it all of a sudden I can't enter again, stuck forever on that "press start" screen, without a responsive keyboard again, so damn annoying EA.
