Mouse and keyboard don't work in the game- battlefield 4

I can not play the game. The mouse and keyboard is not working in the game. When it starts, I can see my mouse icon but can't click on anything, and keyboard doesn't respond to any command, except A...

As much trouble shooting as ive been doing the last couple of days I'm starting to feel like I should be a paid member of EA's tech support staff. At first I couldnt get the game to even launch. After that fix I was able to play one session last night (Multiplayer only, Campaing refuses to work). Now, when i launch the game from the battlelog it opens in a window and my mouse and keyboard cease to function. CoD comes out next week right?
