What fixed it for me. You click join game, and when it says "Loading game" turn off the tab where your battlelog is opened and it works just fine. You mustn't let battlelog fullscreen the game for you, you must do it before. Works every time for me, tried again without shutting down battlelog and it didn't work .
Afraid closing the window doesn't work for me at all. Don't get anything appearing at all once i've closed battlelog.
If i delete my setting folder, i can launch the game, it loads full screen but i can see the Windows mouse cursor sitting there mocking me going "nah nah nah, can't click nowt".
I have to switch and use the X when launching with the battlelog to close it. After that I only get it in a small window appearing on the desktop. Can hear the sound, just can't do squat.
