Mouse and keyboard don't work in the game- battlefield 4

I can not play the game. The mouse and keyboard is not working in the game. When it starts, I can see my mouse icon but can't click on anything, and keyboard doesn't respond to any command, except A...

I FOUND A SOLUTION! 

this worked for me. before your game loads in close battlelog as soon as your game has loaded. This allowed me to use my mouse and keyboard,

I can't even get into the game, stuck on the start screen, how am I supossed to close battlelog if I can't even enter?
