Mouse Stuttering

I have a problem that just recently started happening. When in-game and turning my view with my mouse, there is a stuttering lag. When I let go of the mouse and move around with the keyboard and perform different actions, the gameplay is smooth. mouse movement while inside a vehicles or at the escape menu is perfect though. It only occurs while as infantry. 

I have made no major changes to my computer, software, OS. The only change was the recent patch.

I use a Logitech G700s wireless mouse. 

I have tried:

- plugging my wireless receiver into a different usb port/close to the mouse. 

- performing a clean re-install of the latest Nvidia drivers. 

- turning off vsync/enabling it in nvidia contol panel

- enabling raw mouse input

- trying the registry fix

- deleting the profsave_profile file

- making sure no joysticks were plugged in

- reinstalling the entire game/verifying game file integrity

- running the game in compatability mode for windows 7/disabling display scaling/running as admin

- crying
