MP7 wont unlock for CR

The game wont let me do the assignment to get the MP7. I have the anti vehicle ribbons (They are registering) and I keep on shooting down air vehicles with the mobile AA (The mobile AA air vehicles destroying wont work for getting it).  I play on Xbox 360 and have premium if that helps.
