Okay so I tried w/e people were saying IT DOESNT WORK FOR ME
I tried to go into the vc folder and try to install both of them restart comp and NOPE
I have window 8.1 too but I dont think that shouldnt be a problem
I went into sysWOW folder and system 32 they both have msvcp110.dll
I dont understand why this game doesnt work
my computer is ASUS Gaming computer
This game is the only game that has problems
Please help or I have to refund this game

That error indicates something is wrong with your system. Specifically your Microsoft Visual C++ installation.
Try running the installer from the BF4 installation folder as administrator and then restart your computer. The default location of this installer is here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update3\redist

In redist, find both the x86 and x64 versions of VCredist.exe. Run and install both versions, and your game should now launch without error.
