I am getting kick by all servers i try to get into by punkbuster. The log says MULTIHACK #71554 but i dont have any hack on my computer. Sometimes i can play and nothing happen so i guess there is some false positive on punkbuster. Does anyone knows which software can count as hack but its not a hack?

You'd need to appeal the ban with Even Balance. EA Help can't assist with third-party bans that have been applied.

@toto_ghost86 the only result i can get you is that you were banned by BF4DB and any game server protected by their anti-cheat plugin

@mrdoom500 This is unfair, i am not hacking and i get banned? is there a way to see which program is punkbuster detecting as multihack?

@mrdoom500 i disable my anti virus and i think pb is working fine, in the logs its says VIOLATION MULTIHACK #71554 like if i am hacking but i m not
