Multiplayer problem : Failed to connect to EA ONLINE

i bought battlefield 1 on steam and linked to ea account.

game works fine(launching,can play campaign). problem i have is that i cant play multiplayer. wherever i go on multiplayer tab, it says : Failed to Connect ea online. on the same pc , i tried my friends account. (he has game also on steam and liked to ea account. and game works just fine (multiplayer also). i dont have any ban on steam and ea account.

i tried every fix i could find :

1.uninstaled and reinstaled game

2,tried app recovery, and game rocevery

3.restarted router

4.changed dns

5.updated all drivers

6.installed new windows (deleted everything)

7.disabled antivirus

but still i cant play online with my account. i cant try to link different ea account to steam, it says it cant be done until 08/07/2025
