I've been buzzed by this problem for a while and i think a couple of the others are facing the same problem too. When i run my Battlefield 1 and the interface appear, it always tell me something like "installing multiplayer 0%" in which the installation never make any process. After a couple of closing and running the app again, it can work like normal. But from time to time it happens again.
What I can make sure is that I installed the game correctly, and the repairing and updating function built in origin does not help at all. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thanks.

Game is incompletely downloaded. Large portions of Single Player are still incompletely downloaded. Checked Firewall, and BF1 has an exception. I know others are having this issue. Any help?

So did you fix your problem yet?
- ApprovedAnonymous9 years agoSo I got battlefield one on release date and I still haven't been able to get online, the multiplayer install stays at 0% or if it goes up the game with crash and it will reset completely. I've already deleted the game and re installed it, still nothing. Any fixes for this ?

Hi, it sounds like the partial install had completed but not the full one. Did this get sorted for you eventually?
If you're still having issues can you try restarting Origin as an administrator and try again?
If shouldn't be a factor whether you're on Windows 7 or 10, it should work for both.
Thanks. - HG_Norma9 years agoSeasoned Newcomer
U guys cant really fix this problem , what u can do is keep turning Cloud sync on and off , repairing game and updating and it sometimes works. even after i found a solution that worked for me during 3 days , at the fourth day i got this problem again and also lost all my campaign progress. im pretty sure this is something on DICE or EA side , something related with the sync of information between client and server.
