Multiplayer will be installed 0%

I got into the launcher but there it says  Multiplayer will be installed.. 0%  But when I repaired the game it said your game is up to date. any advice ? Is it a server problem?

Same problem. It worked for 7 hours but to day it shoved me that message. Tried to synk the game, from bought cloud and from local. To no help
