Multiplayer will be installed 0%
I got into the launcher but there it says Multiplayer will be installed.. 0%
But when I repaired the game it said your game is up to date.
any advice ? Is it a server problem?

Community AdminHi, it sounds like the partial install had completed but not the full one. Did this get sorted for you eventually?
If you're still having issues can you try restarting Origin as an administrator and try again?
If shouldn't be a factor whether you're on Windows 7 or 10, it should work for both.
