Every tab shows "multiplayer 0% game installed" except for the single player tab. Trying to start single player only the first cut scene loads and then gets stuck at the loading progress circle. Have to force close game.

Maybe i figured out what is the problem: the full game file 47 gb but for some reason the first time we download the game the file size downloaded is 40 gb. Unfortunately, i don't have a solution. Maybe ea should get her hands on it some time already
Running Origin as admistrator did not help unfortunately
I have also reinstalled the game, but nothing works..
Please help us to fix this problem.

Here is a method that seems to work for me. I start Origin, but not the game. I make sure CloudSync is turned off. Then I disconnect my LAN connection, or WiFi for those of you on wireless. Then start the game. It will report that it is on "Offline mode". Then once the game starts, (you should know right away, as it will skip the display screens for EA, Dice, Frostbite), you plug your LAN/WiFi connection back in and reconnect.
