My Battlefield 3 Limited Edition ~ Access Code

I bought Battlefield 3 Limited Edition sometime back in 2011, I had bought it straight from the Supplier (EB Games) I came home, and proceeded to open the case and install Battlefield 3, it didn't work saying the Product Code had been used and even after repeated redownloads and contacting my friends who play, I proceeded to attempt to return it to EB Games and they said 'we don't take these back as you've opened it up, you've used the code' and they refused to take it back, this is the THIRD time i've attemtped to install this game which is 'limited edition' or some such, and I still can't get it to work, it says the codes been used. The only way it COULD've been used is in the original installation but I never even got that far on it, my computer crashed. Please any information you have will help greatly.

  • Am I understanding that you waitied almost two years to contact someone about an issue that makes it so you can't play multiplayer?  The only person that can possible help you out (and this isn't a definite given the extreme amount of time in between the incident and actually reporting it) is a game advisor. You can contact a game advisor here:

1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2 Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.
