My bf4 premium didn't work is there anyway I can get it?

First, answer the following question: Did you download a small-sized file after purchasing the Premium?

This small-sized file (around 4MB-8MB) is your key for Premium.

You must install it otherwise you won't get all Premium features. The file must be somewhere in your downloads or game's add-ons.

Once you have done the above let me know.

Alternatively, you could contact a Game Advisor who can help you out even further since they can have access to your account.

How to contact a Game Advisor

1. Click here to go to the Contact page.
2. Select your Game.
3. Click "Next".
4. Select your Platform.
5. Click "Next".
6. Select a Topic and write a bit about your problem.
7. Click "Next".
8. Click the "Chat Now" button and you will be connected to the first available Game Advisor.
