Could have a lot of reasons.
Did you tested a different USB port for your mouse or a different mouse.
Please create a DxDiag and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
I don't have another mouse to try. the beeping occasionally happens at other times also, Netflix or just browsing.

bf1 yes , but it is not the only game where it happens, also skyrim and fallout 4 though not as much as it does with bf1.
