My game can't load itself:" Game disconnected: client closed down connection"

Everytime i try to connect to a server, it is always "connecting", and then pops out the little cute orange bar telling me :"you can't connect to the server" http://oi44.tinypic.com/hwycg6.jpg

I am not able to see the picture. As I am guessing you are playing on console, do you play on PS3/PS4 or Xbox360?
