It is a problem with the hud element, a quick reinstall of Battlefield 3 will solve this problem. Reinstall the game files aswell as multiplayer update 5.

it mean is i deleated the game and reinsestalled?

You do not have to completely uninstall the game, through origin right click on the title image and select the repair install. This will look at your file and see if any are corrupt.
If this does not work then as n1t3mar3xsv mentioned a full re install may be needed.In the past 12 hours, 5 times longer than it did., But it was repair inestall! ok thank 😉
