2 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
3 Select a topic and write about your problem.
4 Click next and select your preferred contact method.
5 Ask for a callback if you can as it is fast when I used it.

I know you are trying to help me but that is something you all in ea repeat i have enough of it please provide me someone who i can speak to your supervizor or someone who is in charge.

As Zorlacc said, you must contact EA Support to get help with this matter.

Sorry for that but if i do that,it same thing as i going in circles i accomplish nothing.

Can you tell me how to contact EA directly,Not a game adviser.
