"My Platoons" Don't Show Up

Question

In the Battlefield 1, as you can see in the Adsız.png, when I click the "My platoons" section I get "Platoons couldn't get loaded, please try again." error. However, I can search my platoon, find it and even I can manage it as you can see in the 2.png. Also, my friends who are in the platoon as well can use their platoon tags in the games but I cannot since I get errors. Is there any solution for this issue or am I stuck with this?

I was playing Battlefield V before this and didn't get any issues with the platoons. Also, I played BF1 long time as well, didn't have the issue at that times. Therefore, it's kinda new.

Update: I created a new platoon. It started to show both of the platoons but didn't allow me to choose which tag I represent so I disbanded the platoon that I created. Then, "representing" text didn't show up above my original platoon so I left the platoon. Now, I cannot apply the platoon again but the game shows the "My platoons" page :P Little improvement on the issue but more bugs I guess.
