my product code not working

Dear EA

It is not i am having problems with the dlc china rising but the fact that i cant open battlefield 4. I will now tell you step by step of what happened
1. I had not played battlefield 4 for about a good two weeks
2. I then proceeded to open battlefield 4
3. As it opened a message from origin came and said i had to activate my game
4. It then asked for the product code that comes with the manual on the battlefield 4 cd-rom
5. I typed in the code and it said that the code was already in use
6. Which is right because i had activated the code about 2 months ago. So I am really confused why it is not working.
I Have already activated my battlefield 4 two months ago  and put in my product code then so i am confused why i have to do it again, and then when i do it says the product code is in use.
I hope you can reactivate my account and that this mail will help you help me. Also I bought the game at the bart smit which is a huge video game store in the Netherlands.

  • I had the exact same problem. The only difference is that I purchased my game through Gamestop's PC download app.

    Daniel,

    You need to contact EA Support at http://help.ea.com/en/battlefield/battlefield-4/ (Via live chat or at a number that they can call you back at) for further assistance. Also, did you verify your information on Origin.com? It should show up under your purchases.
