Hello andresc25,
Restart the Origin client.
If the purchased game title isn't displayed within the Origin client "My Games" section/tab then follow the below instructions.
Follow the instructions to "Contact a Game Advisor".
Click this link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and type Origin into the "Select Product" field.
Select Billing/Purchasing and then select PC.
Click the "Find Solutions" button.Click the "I Still Need Help" button.
Select from the "Live Chat", "Call Me" and "Email Me" options!
Remember Accept as Solution & add some XP if this answered the question!
