Live chat/Email not working is quite dissapointing in itself. I'm told it's usually availible from 1pm - 1am when it's clearly not.
I'm contacting about case 07077483. It is ridiculous that this is taking so long for such a simple matter & I cannot even be given an App. time for waiting?????
I waited a month for 1 email over another case. I WILL NOT wait this long again.

Live chat is only available certain hours per day. You can still contact them by email, phone etc. If you can't contact them you can post your issue here and i can help you. If it is account related (password, payment, etc) i recommend you to contact EA.

Live Chat is not availlible.............nor is email or phone.
So here's the problem, I'm receiving a refund & I haven't received the email with the codes for near of 2 weeks.
Ridiculous, when they tried giving me the codes in the first place they said the code generators aren't working -_-
Very grateful to get the refund but it shouldn't take this long. Most annoying thing is the other contact options don't work which forces me to contacct via AHQ.
Pick USA as country for livechat to be availible most of the day.
Remember to accept the solution if it's correct and press the XP button if somebody helped.
