It's a direct X error associated with your GPU. Did you upgrade to the NVIDIA beta drivers for BF4? If you did downgrad back to the last drivers that successfully worked for you. If you didn't upgrade the drivers to the BF4 beta drivers I recommend trying those to see if it solves the problem.

Yes I know it's a DirectX error but I think it's a problem with BF itself as an error in BF4 says:
''The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed''
I might be wrong but in my opinion ''THE application'' is BF3 and 4 - not my GPU.
Yes I have the latest drivers as you can see in two errors.
As I said, I bought BF3 when it came out so since - as you can imagine - NVidia released dozens of drivers but none of them worked for me.
