Try these steps:

Power cycle your router and PC/Console

Connect to your router with a cable rather than via Wi-Fi

Set up Google Public DNS: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

its not wi-fi ethernet cable connected through rj45

In Battlefied 1 i join servers with japan flag because they have the lowest ping to me near about 130 ms

Same problem with me connecting from Malaysia. HK and Japan servers have ping over 100, most of the time 300. Usually its around 50-80.
