No BF3 found....soldiers are problem?

hey there....I've got BF3 a year ago......and I felt like wanna play MP too much now....when I choose a server on Battlelog and click Join server...it says "To play on this server you need Battlefield 3" ....but I've got BF3 !! D: .... I heard that if there are no soldiers in my profile it could be the problem...and as expected there aren't any soldiers... how do I make one???? I have an EA account ( how do I suppose to write this question if not ) ...and an Origin one......i even play Battlefield play4free with an Origin account.... can you help me please???
