No damage in campaign
My shooting makes no damage in the campaign. I can arrest and everything else, but my guns make no impact on enemies. What can I do?

I found out, that if I am on an other network it works fine. Why is that?
Honestly, the connection could not be the reason. Does it start making issues when you go back to the original connection?
