I am also having this issue. I go to claim my gold battlepack and it says the code has already been entered. I was told it would go through once the game released and it hasn't.

Having the same issue I have the digital delux and it runs fine but I don't even get an option to even claim my gold battle packs I have no idea whats going on.

I just experencied the same problem.
Redeemed my code for the gold packs, entered succesfully...and after that nothing in my history or in the game/battlelog.
Have you solved or has ea solved it for you?
