No Sound In Battlefield 1 PC

No sound in Battlefield 1

My BF1 has been working just fine for the entire time i have had it. I recently had built a new computer and i currently have all current BIOS/Drivers. I don't think that the new build is the problem, as I have had it for a weak, and this problem has only been occurring for about 2 days.

Whenever I launch Battlefield 1, the game has no sound whatsoever, and I have no idea why. I have checked my audio mixer, the in-game audio, my headset, and have tried playing other audio from my PC while playing BF1 as well. All other applications have sound, it is just BF1 that doesn't. I have no idea what is happening, and I have already tried restarting my PC and verifying the integrity of my game files. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello @Kyittz

I am really sorry for those issues with sound in Battlefield 1. Can you try to disable Origin in-game option for Battlefield 1 in Origin client and relaunch the game? Also, check if you have any third-party sound related software running in the background, which can possible disrupt game`s sounds, disable those programs temporary and test the game. Keep us updated on your progress.

    Cheers,

    Archi

In addition to what @EA_Archi said have you tried going into the BF1 in game audio settings and resetting them to default?

Sorry for the late reply, been really busy. I tried all proposed solutions, but nothing seems to have worked. And I have also tried resetting audio settings. I couldn't find any 3rd party audio programs either. The only thing that i can think of, is that BF1 isn't playing nicely with the latest BIOS for the B350 motherboard in my system. After i updated BIOS, I was able to play BF1 just fine, but after one restarts of my PC, audio quit working there.

    Hey @Kyittz,

what you could also try to do is reset your Battlefield 1 settings - please do take note that this also resets your campaign progress. Your multiplayer progress won't be affected.

To do so, just move the folder "Documents\Battlefield 1\settings" to your Desktop, turn off cloud sync in Origin and relaunch the game. If that doesn't work, you can always move the folder back.

I literally uninstalled my audio driver, now works perfectly.  I have done some further testing it was because of a driver conflict as my PC default had installed 2 drivers.

I also had got the same issue but I solved it by installed the latest version of Realtek HD Universal Driver and CLEAN installed GeForce Game Ready Driver and repair BF1 at Origin, finally rebooted Origin. No changes BIOS settings and no reboot OS.
Win10 pro, Ryzen 5 2400G, 16.0GB, GeForce GTX 770, X470 GAMING PLUS board, is my system organization.
