No weapons loaded

Every time I play BF1, my skins can't be loaded. How can i fix this bug ? Thanks

Hey, @lucas8788  can you try to do a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield 1 and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

 

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have? 

 

Let me know if this works or not for you. 🙂

    I've already cleaned cache and it did't solve the problem

      Have you tried reinstalling the GPU driver? @lucas8788

      Also try running BF1 as admin.

        No, I've reinstalled the latest drivers, downgraded them, and still not working
