why in the world so much vram, this means my GTX 690 wont even pull this game on max settings?

My second step not the most happy one but the most effective to obtain the best result for the machine i have.
save important file
restore the system
undate window7
install video driever audio and prinjt driver
reinstall all the games
install punk buster (chose the on for batelfield 4) http://www.punkbuster.com/
it work not full detail but fluid
