What a wall of text there... He has a problem with the punkbuster services. PB has a tool for that. You can download it here:
http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe
Run it and either install or test the services.
After that it should work again.
lol I gave him the wall of text as he has another post with another issue its not just punk buster.So in order to get it fixed for him fast I gave him things to check out or do. And as you can see punk buster is in my list lol :}

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I have seen his "wall of text" on other posts and tried those solutions already so I'll give the punkbuster program a try.
