OMG, I can’t launch the game .please help me 🥹

Hi there, have you tried any troubleshooting steps yet? This seems to be a generic error message. I suggest starting with reinstalling the EA app and the affected game. 

this error is present on my side aswell, i have no idea why but im trying to trouble shoot it right now, please keep trying do everything except for rebooting your router your pc and then repairing the game, that is just a stupid EA copy paste answer for them to rake up answers
