on BL for the first time in months and banned for 4 HOURS?!

What is this sorcery? I was banned and my feed was hidden and I think it had something to do with my gravatar. I did not intend for it to be outside the ToS, but apparently using the EA logo - whether from a fan perspective or no - is against the ToS. So, I removed said image from my gravatar account and I can already see that the icon in the top dock shows the new non-offensive gravatar that is merely a black and white photo of a face.  

So, I need to see if I can get my feed unhidden and I have NO idea why I was also banned from the forums for 4 hours, but that needs to be lifted as well. I'm going to assume that was an accident because I am aware of what the ToS say and I do not break them.

Also, if this is not the correct place to post or ask questions about this, please let me know. Also, in the future, it would make sense if there was a way that we could be notified when people take action against our account. It seems impersonable and rude from my perspective.
