one shot kill sniper

Hello I am a bf fan and every fps game i played I used sniper. I like sniping alot sniping is just my style. I like the guns from recon etc.

But now what I dont like of bf is only one thing why are the snipers on bf not one shot kill ? ☹️ I would like that the snipers are one shot kill.

This was just my question.

    Battlefield is not and has never been a military sim so balance of game play and not realism is\has been DICE's goal when creating Battlefield titles...DICE wants Battlefield to be fun not frustrating. If you want a military sim the games Arma and Operation Flashpoint give a much more realistic feel that you may enjoy.

    There is also the added thought that Battlefield is a team objective based game and making snipers too powerful would only encourage more people sit on mountain sides 3 KM from their squad and the nearest objective not PTFOing. A good compromise would be to completely remove sniper weapons from the loadout and make them one hit kill pick up weapons. That would maintain weapon balance and prevent an overabundance of bushwookies, but I doubt our sniper players would appreciate that change.

    A lot of the time it has to do with the range and also if your on core or hardcore.  Like a SR-338 is 2 shots unless to the head.

    I also know it 2 shots on the body and it depends on the range and than headshot is one shot kill  but Why is that like that? Why isnt from close range and mid range one shot even in the chest/body. I think battlefield developers make bf so rl as possible right. So As example If I pickup a SRR-61 in RL life. And I shoot you from close range in the chest would you be alive? I dont think so. So 1 bullet should be enough to kill you. If u know what I mean with this point because my english is * haha.
