online problem

Even though I have an Xbox Ultimate membership, I get the error "Online features are unavailable in Battlefield 1." What could be the problem?

You should reinstall your game, after that if the issue is not fixed you should check out the following link to see if you have an active membership.

If you're experiencing the same issue and reinstalling etc hasn't fixed anything, you'll need to contact Xbox Support and EA Help so they can check your Xbox subscription and EA account.
