Slow download basically, I have 30Mbps Internet and Origin isn't obviously using all of it, I have AVG internet security (free) and I have no open ports on my WiFi Router and yes I'm over WiFi and no I can't move the PC to download BF4.

Hi AboveTheSource, not a whole lot you can do, I'm afraid.
-Make sure not to use the internet for anything else while trying to download.
-The download speed will vary with different times of the day - so maybe try over-night.
-It's not advisable to disable your anti-virus, but if you're only gonna be downloading the game and not using the internet for browsing or anything else then thats also worth a shot.
Origin tells your speed in MB/Sec = megabytes downloaded per second.
Internet service providers typically tell your speed in Mbps megabits per second(not to be confused with MBps which is the same as above).
This means:
30Mbps = 3.75 megabytes per second which means anything around ~3.5 megabytes per second should be expected if you are not downloading other things and are using a cabled connection.
