I bought battlefield 3 premium(digital download) on 1/31/13. I got a email that said that my order is being review. I look at my bank account, and the money has been sent to EA. Why do EA have to review my order? I went and check my order history, and there is noting, so did I order my game or not?

Premium is a additional add on to Battlefield 3 which unlocks every expansion packs, weapons, camos, dog tags and much more.

If you want the game and premium membership, please contact the support team here (Contact Us - EA) and they can help you. You might get some kind of a refund.

Did you buy Battlefield 3 Premium or Battlefield 3 Premium Edition ? Because you only said you bought Battlefield 3 Premium in your first post.

I cannot tell you if and why have EA decided to review your purchase.
For that you have to contact them yourself by going to https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You have to fill out product, category and platform first, and if you pick United States as country you will be able to start a live chat. If your English is not that good you should probably pick your own language.
