Origin account signs me into wrong account..

Question

In the past i would sign in and sometimes it would sign me into an other account. My actual account name is "raiderhank73" but for some reason sometimes it signs me in as "player_licv5a49".

I have no Idea why it does this..

I havent played in a couple of months and now it only lets me sign into player_licv5a49 and I have lost all my games I had. I have never played this account becasue its not mine.. I purchased at target bf4. It keeps saying I need to activate the game???? But when I try and input the key it says I has already been used... Of course it has by me... I am the owner...

i am also very pissed off cause I bought other games like bf3 and a couple of others thru origin when it was on sale and its gone as well or i cant access i.. This is why these kind of systems suck IMO.. Better to buy the actual game instead of relying on a service like htis to keep all your games.

Follow the Steps to contacting an EA Game Adviser to fix this :

Note: Top left pick your Country :]

2 Select your game and platform, Then click next.
3 Select a topic and write about your problem.
4 Click next and select your preferred contact method.
5 Ask for a callback if you can as it is fast when I used it.

@Player_licv5a49 Lmao I just tried to sign in to like this post and it singled me onto whatever this account is... my name is littleE2001 on the account I am continuously trying to sign into, but for some reason every time I sign in it changes me to this.
